Official Lahser Dynasty Rules
These rules govern league play. The Sleeper league configuration controls live gameplay; approved changes are published in the Rule Amendments page before taking effect.
League format

Waivers and free agency
- Each team receives $100 in FAAB each season.
- The minimum bid is $0.
- Dropped players remain on waivers for 2 days.
- Tied FAAB bids are resolved by reverse standings order.
- The active Sleeper waiver schedule is the official processing schedule.
Trading

- The trade deadline is Week 11 of the regular season.
- Trades process as soon as both managers accept. There is no review period.
- Draft picks may be traded up to 3 years in advance.
- Pre-draft trades are not permitted.
- Every team must maintain a legal Sleeper roster after a trade.
- Trades are reviewed only for collusion, bad faith, or a clear administrative error—not because managers disagree with player values.
Taxi squad
- Taxi squads hold up to 5 eligible players.
- Only rookies and sophomores are eligible.
- Eligible players must be assigned to taxi before Week 1 kickoff.
- Taxi rosters lock when the regular season begins.
- A player entering a third NFL season must be activated from taxi before the season.
Draft

- The annual draft is a 4-round, linear draft.
- All available players may be selected, including rookies and current free agents.
- Non-playoff teams receive Picks 1–6 in reverse regular-season standings order; points for breaks ties.
- Playoff teams receive Picks 7–12 in playoff-finish order.
- Draft-day procedures, including the pick clock and pauses, will be communicated before the draft begins.
Compensatory picks

The league does not guarantee automatic compensatory selections. Any compensatory-pick program must be announced in advance through the Rule Amendments page, including eligibility, award criteria, draft placement, and effective date.
The current program, announced in the 2026 Season Update: a manager who completed a qualifying trade receives one compensatory pick at the end of Round 3. Each manager can receive only one, however many trades they complete. The 2027 criteria will be shared before next season.
League dues
Changed by Weekly group parlay (Sep 4, 2025)
- The buy-in is $50 per team.
- The $5 weekly parlay is tracked separately and is never part of the prize pool.
- Prize amounts, and who has won them, are on the Payouts page.
League governance
- Managers are expected to set legal lineups and participate in good faith.
- The commissioner may correct administrative errors and enforce these published rules.
- Approved changes will be posted in the Rule Amendments page before they take effect.
- Rules do not apply retroactively unless needed to reflect a Sleeper stat correction or correct a clear administrative error.
